What we collect, why, and your rights.
When you order we collect your contact and delivery details, plus the personalisation details you enter (place, date, time, message) — we need those to make your item. Basic, anonymous analytics tell us how the site is used.
Payments and checkout run on Shopify; our site is hosted on Cloudflare; we use the Meta pixel for advertising measurement. Each processes data under their own privacy terms. We never sell your data.
We email you about your order. Marketing email only ever goes to people who signed up for it, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
