Every Honey Finch product is made to order and personalised to your specification. Under UK consumer law, personalised items are exempt from change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will remake and reship it at no cost, or refund you in full where a remake is not possible.
